However, we recommend a minimum of 4 weeks’ hair regrowth to achieve the best results.
If hair has been removed by waxing, shaving, tweezing or any other method less than 4 weeks ago, we may still be able to carry out the treatment,
but you may experience regrowth sooner than expected.
We advise not booking an appointment if hair removal took place less than 3 weeks ago.
How do I prevent ingrown hairs?
Men’s backs and chests are particularly prone to ingrown hairs. As a general rule,
regular exfoliation and daily moisturising are highly recommended.
Ingrown hairs often occur when hair gets trapped beneath thick or dry skin. By exfoliating to remove dead skin cells, and keeping the area hydrated, you significantly reduce the risk of hairs becoming trapped.
In some cases, ingrown hairs may be caused by poor waxing technique if the hair is snapped rather than removed from the root.
